If you are having technology issues, please follow these steps:


1. Try troubleshooting the problem using the information and images below. Click on images below to enlarge and see in detail.

    1. Check that the laptop is NOT in tablet mode (see image below).  Tablet mode is the cause of many issues being reported.
    2. Restart your device. We recommend a Restart ONCE A WEEK. See image below.
    3. Check the browser being used. We recommend Google Chrome for student programs.
